How to order a sauna?
To order a sauna, go to the model you are interested in and fill in the order form on the product page. After submitting the form, we will get back to you with the delivery date and further information. If we need more details, we will contact you by phone to ensure that your order meets all your requirements.
When do you pay?
Payment is made by invoice. We first deliver the sauna to you and then send the invoice, which has a payment term of 3 days.
How long is the guarantee?
All our products have a 24-month warranty. Electronic parts and stoves are guaranteed for 12 months. The warranty covers manufacturing defects.
How is the delivery done?
We deliver the sauna on a low trailer. The customer is responsible for arranging unloading, for example with a tractor equipped with long forks or a crane truck.
How to position the sauna?
All our saunas are mounted on impregnated legs for easy placement. You can place the sauna directly on a terrace, trampled or compacted gravel, plinths or concrete stones. It is important that the sauna stands straight, level and stable.
